Is It Possible To Lose Ten Pounds In One Week?

Today we’re going to take a closer look at a very discussed topic these day.

Everybody want to lose weight. Some want to lose a lot some a little. Some wants to lose it fast!

We’re going to look at a program that’ll keep those who want to lose a lot and want to lose it fast satisfied.

A while ago I weighed almost 30 pounds more than my ideal weight. I struggled with all sorts of diets and programs – and even though a lot of these did work – I always gained it all back after I stopped the diet.

What I realized after a while, was that I needed a lifestyle change instead of a quick fix diet.

From this point on I started looking for a diet that I could maintain for the rest of my life.

I eventually found the perfect diet.

But I won’t talk about that now. What I’ll like to discuss are some key principles or habits if you like, that you can use everyday without any major changes in your life:

1) Drink lots of water.
2) Eat smaller portions.
3) Eat more often.
4) Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
5) Park your car a mile from your destination and walk the rest of the way.
6) Eat fruit instead of sweets.
7) Always start with your vegetables.
8) Eat your meals very slowly and chew every piece of food a lot of times.
9) Always push your plate away as soon as you feel full.

Try remember these tips and use them every day and you’ll soon see a decrease in your weight.

What I did was to use a program designed to cheat my body to lose weight. See, the thing is that our bodies adapt to the circumstances. A body doesn’t want to lose weight. It want to save all those excess calories as fat to a rainy day, so to speak.

It’s actually very clever to do this. In ancient times food wasn’t so accessible as it is today. Sometimes we could go for weeks without a proper meal. At that time it was a good idea to store extra calories at someplace safe. Like our belly.

However, today we have all the food we need and we never go more than a couple of hours without food. In this case our body isn’t that smart. It still stores all excessive calorie on our body.. Just in case.

As far as I know, this is the only way you can achieve a healthy weight loss, without feeling cheated.
